To make reservations for the RTC Paratransit Shuttle Service, please visit the RTC web site or 702.228.4800 / TDD 702.676.1834. The Terminal 1 shuttle stop is outside the doors on Level Zero and the Terminal 3 stop is located at Level Zero, directly outside exit 55.
Accessible taxi services are available at both terminals. A designated area is signed for travelers with disabilities. Taxi services are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1 – 4 in Terminal 1. At Terminal 3, taxi services are located outside on Level Zero. There are 20 loading locations on the west end of the building and 10 loading locations on the east side to accommodate international travelers. Taxi services are also available at the Rent-A-Car Center.
Accessible buses regularly take passengers to and from the Rent-A-Car Center from both terminals. At Terminal 1, follow the signs to Ground Transportation on Level 1. Proceed to the Rental Car Shuttle located at the center median outside doors 10 and 11. When at Terminal 3, follow signs to Ground Transportation from Baggage Claim on Level Zero. Proceed to the Rental Car Shuttle located outside West doors 51-54 and East doors 55-58.
The Inter-terminal shuttle service is available to transport you between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3; these services are provided approximately every 12-15 minutes. At Terminal 1, the shuttle bus stop is located on Level Zero. From baggage claim, take the elevator or escalators down one level and exit the terminal building. Take the pedestrian crosswalk toward the covered parking garage to the courtesy shuttle stop. At Terminal 3, the shuttle bus stop is located on Level Zero in the center of the curb.
