Mr. Bryant W. Holt, born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, has a distinguished career spanning over 30 years of leadership experience in strategic planning, continuous process improvement, and program management. Mr. Holt earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University, and a Master of Science degree focused on Land Planning + Design from Columbia University in New York. He is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and a certified member (CM) of the American Association of Airport Executives. He completed professional development programs as a Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) with DuPont Corporation and Portfolio Project Management (PPM) with Sears Holdings Corporation.

In May 2023, he joined CCDOA as Managing Director of Planning to utilize his vast experience in aeronautic planning and processes to improve the entire airport system, including the planning and materializing of the Southern Nevada Supplemental Airport and proposed Heliport opportunity. He will work with federal, state, and local municipalities and regulatory agencies to ensure the airport system maintains environmental compliance and adheres to its grant assurance.

Before joining the CCDOA, Mr. Holt worked for eight years at Wayne County Airport Authority. As Chief Development Officer, he was responsible for Strategic Business Plan, Business Development & Real Estate, Planning, Design & Construction, and Environment and Sustainability. He oversaw the most extensive Airport System Master Plan in Michigan. The board recognized him for leading the Willow Run Airport (YIP) Modernization Plan and achieving its financial breakeven for the first time in history.

Most of his experience came from the private sector, where he worked for several multinational corporations. He led international teams across multiple market segments, from intellectual properties in research and development, large-scale construction and manufacturing, and supply change management to process re-engineering in North America, China, Brazil, and Belgium. He was a principal consultant in New York and New Jersey, specializing in urban master planning.

Mr. Holt has a long history of public service, serving as a community organizer, community association president, and elected to public office as Hudson County District 34 Committee Chair. He also served as a Commissioner of the Environmental Commission for the City of Jersey City, New Jersey, to provide governance in the citywide planning of sustainability initiatives, including brownfield redevelopment and zoning ordinances.

In addition to being an avid gardener, artist, writer, and fine diner, Mr. Holt and his wife, Shari Lynn Beasley Holt, have continually dedicated their time to making a difference in their community wherever they called home. Bryant and Shari have two sons, Bryant Vance Holt, and Brendon Alexander Holt. Bryant Vance is married to Ilsa Alejandra Bueno-Galon Holt, and they have a son named Ra Beasley Holt and daughter named Luna Alejandra Holt.
