Clark County Department of Aviation

Scott Kichline began his career with Clark County Department of Aviation in 1995 as a Management Analyst, drafting and negotiating contracts. He was subsequently promoted to a variety of positions in the Business Office, where he now serves as Managing Director of Aviation, Business/Commercial Development. In this role, Kichline oversees Airline Affairs, Aviation Properties, Concessions, Real Estate, Commercial Development and the Consolidated Rental Car Facility units for the Department.

Kichline is a graduate of ACI’s Airport Professional Accreditation Program and has been an instructor for the program since 2009.
