Scott Kley joined the Clark County Department of Aviation in March 2024, taking on the role of Managing Director of Aviation, Terminal Operations. In this role, Kley oversees the passenger services and custodial operations responsible for maintaining 12 million square feet of terminal space at Harry Reid International Airport.

Kley has over 16 years of experience managing public areas, housekeeping, guest services, and front office operations for various companies including MGM, Hilton, Disney, and Universal Orlando. Most recently, Kley played an essential role opening a water park resort in Austin, Texas, featuring 975 rooms. Kley is excited to use his extensive knowledge and skills in hospitality to ensure all those visiting Las Vegas will have a remarkable first impression traveling through the airport and depart with lasting, fond memories.

Originally from Lake Orion, Michigan, Kley graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Hospitality Management.

When not working to enhance the customer experience, he enjoys working on cars, specifically Mustangs, traveling, golfing, and snowboarding.
